I’m pretty sure you’re in a Ferris Wheel judging by the strut and the reflection, and I thought first of Akashi and the JST marker, but that’s a tower and Akashi is a lot less tidy than that. For some reason I think that is a giant sundial, or is it an obilisk and some cheap rip-off (wedding venue perhaps?) of a Roman villa?
Your right that I am in a Ferris wheel and the building prominently in the front is a wedding venue, I think.
